- Developing a pipeline of “good human beings” (talent) to keep New Zealand’s agriculture industry strong, sustainable, and prosperous for generations to come
- Partnering and collaborating with other organisations with similar goals and objectives to deliver a collective, positive impact for New Zealand’s agriculture industry and NZ Inc together.
