Helen Brennan
Business Process Lead
Growing up on a sheep, beef, and cropping farm in South Wairarapa laid the foundation for my deep connection to the agricultural sector. After completing a Diploma in Rural Business Management, I gained hands-on experience in the ag industry across both the North and South Islands. This practical background gives me a grounded understanding of farming operations and the challenges faced on the ground.
Now living near Flemington, where my husband manages Te Whangai Station, I balance work and life on the land with raising our three children. Having completed a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, which has strengthened my ability to embed safe, efficient, and people-focused practices into rural business environments.
I’m in my element when I’m streamlining systems, solving problems, and creating practical processes that support people to do their jobs more easily. I enjoy bringing structure to complexity and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. With a background in farming and a strong focus on continuous improvement, I love working with others to create solutions that reflect the real needs of those on the ground.
