I joined Growing Future Farmers after spending more than 10 years in New Zealand's dairy industry, where I developed a deep appreciation for the agricultural sector and the opportunities it creates for our young people, rural communities, and the country as a whole. Inspired by GFF's mission and the impact it has on the future of our industry and our rangatahi, I am honoured to play a role in continuing that mission.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by a belief that investing in people is one of the most powerful ways to create lasting change. My background spans organisational performance, business transformation, workforce development, learning and development, technology, and operational leadership. I am passionate about helping people, teams, and organisations realise their potential by building the systems, capabilities, and cultures that enable them to thrive.
As Chief Operating Officer, I work alongside our team, farm trainers, industry partners, and stakeholders to strengthen programme delivery, support organisational growth, and ensure more young people have access to meaningful pathways into agriculture. I am particularly interested in how innovation, technology, and continuous improvement can help address the future workforce needs of New Zealand's primary industries.
